This save set is used for DECSYSTEM-20 brand XMIT.  To use it,
please read the files XMIT-OVERVIEW.MSS (SCRIBE source) and
XMIT.CTL.

     The following save set is the VAX version, which can talk to
the DECSYSTEM-20 version.  Please read the file INSTRUCTIONS.TXT.
