Abstract: PLIBR allows you to combine many (up to 31) small or
large files into one library file. You have complete
control to list, extract, delete, rename and replace
entries in a library and to condense a library. This is
especially useful with disks with large cluster sizes
and/or many small files.
 
Restrictions: Files stored in a library loose all attributes and
protection code information.
