	HPE is a program that provides the interface between a HP2640A
	terminal and a PDP 11 computer operating under RSX11D.  This
	program is primarily intended to support the block mode editing
	feature of the HP2640A.  Data, a block at a time, is read from
	the source file into the terminal's memory, edited, and then 
	at the operator's request, this block of data is written to a 
	destination file.  
  
	A Roman subscript character set has been created and the Math symbol
	set has been modified using the HP2640A Character Generation Kit.

		RETURN AS LINE TERMINATOR IN PASS-ALL MODE.
