SCLUG Library Tape Format

         Patterned after the CARTS (Chicago area LUG) tape format

     The library tape format is 9-track 800 bpi  FLX  format,  for  maximum
compatibility  with varying user configurations.  (Also at the moment there
doesn't appear to be any better choice.)
     The tape consists of files under the group number 301, for compatibil-
ity with the CARTS choice.

[301,1]         contains only this HELP.TXT file to get you started.
[301,2]         contains the following files:
                LIB.DIR file with one-line descriptions of programs.
                LIB.DOC file with one-page descriptions of the
                   program requirements, author, etc.
                SUBMITTAL.TXT form to submit something new for the
                   library.
                BUGREPORT.TXT form to report bugs.
                Any other files of general relevance to the library.
[301,10]        1st program directory, including sources, all??
                   documentation, etc.
[301,11]        2nd program directory
  etc.
