FILSAV   move EOF pointer
 
FILSAV is a task to reset the EOF pointer for files which have 0 blocks used
 
of some number allocated. i.e.
 
TEST.TMP	(xxxxx,yyyyy)	0./1500.	23-APR-80
 
The file must be unlocked then 
 
PDS> RUN FILSAV
ENTER FILE SPECIFICATION>filename.ext;ver
	.
	.
	.
ENTER FILE SPECIFICATION>^Z
