LPSTART		Restart the Line Printer(s)
 
We have this installed as $$$LPR and a batch deck made up as:
$JOB IASBATCH LPnSTART
$LPR n
$EOJ
 
This will restart LPn by chaining to ...OPR so the user will need Chain priv
 
but keeps him/her off the console.
