    The UICs and a brief description of their contents follows.
Most UICs contain a documentation file (or .RNO file) describing
the program. Each UIC contains a command file or file(s) that
builds the programs. Under RSX-11M V4.0, the terminal should be
set to MCR, since all the command files use MCR syntax (except
for FILEDEF, which will run under either MCR or DCL). Nothing
is assumed about the location of various additional files
(eg. RSXMC.MAC), except where explicitly mentioned in the
documentation accompanying each submission. The only exceptions
are as follows:

During task building, a task builder map will be written to device
MP:. If you do not want maps, do an ASN NL:=MP:.
Most UICs also contain HELP files.

[254,303]	ATP Command. This command is similar to ACT but
		displays current priorities and TI: assignments
		also.

[254,307]	STOP Command. Equivalent to an "ABORT/ALL" command.
		STOP aborts all active tasks (except itself!) at
		the issuing terminal.

[254,305]	REW Command. Rewind magnetic tapes and optionally
		turn them offline at the MCR level.

[254,322]	TAPE Command. Displays current status of tape drive.
		Shows density, tape position etc.

[254,317]	UCB Command. An MCR command that displays the UCB, DCB
		and SCB addresses for any device in the system.
		The *DIAG* message when taskbuilding is harmless.

[254,320]	PRV Command. An MCR command that allows any terminal
		to become privileged (PRV/ON) or nonprivileged 
		(PRV/OFF).

[254,327]	FILEDEF Command. Allows assignment of file specifica-
		tions to logical unit numbers at the MCR level for
		FORTRAN programs under RSX-11M V4.0.

[10,25]		Multi-stream batch system for RSX-11M V3.2 or V4.0.
		Has many features, so read the documentation.

[300,207]	Accounting system version 7.838 for RSX-11M V3.2 or
		V4.0. Monitors and charges for per-user usage of
		CPU, I/O, memory, connect time, disk space etc.
		Lots of featutes. Great big documentation file included.
