Decus C may be obtained on the Engineering Net by copying files from REX::DISK$REXSYSTEM:[DECUSC...]. NOTE: Subdirectories may only be copied during non-prime time in Maynard. Binary "kit": Copy only the top-level directory [DECUSC]. Delete *.DIR. See "installation" notes, below.
