These are the differences between the files in NEW.OTSCOM and the
regular OTSCOM library files.  I have not had time to look at stuff
in OTSIO yet.  Luckily, most of the files in these dir's are same.

ATOI8.MAC was in (1) but not in (2)

Some files are in (2) but not in (1)

files in (2) that are improved versions of those in (1)

	RCLBAS.CMD

TO DO:

Copy ATOI8.MAC from (1) into (2) and add it into the command files
in (2) so it gets assembled.

trivial differences between
	CTYPE.MAC
	ISALNU.MAC
	LOCALT.MAC

RSX.MAC is different, basically the one in (1) adds symbol RMSIO = 0,
you should look at the differences.

Then you can delete all the stuff in (1)
