Just a quick note about this library.  It was originally written
for use with a "file server" written about 3 years ago for one of
our customers.

As a result, there are some routines which will be of no use
to you.  However, if you plan to do no file I/O, or wish
to use QIO's, this library will let you make RSX tasks which
are very small and efficient.  See SMAIN.MAC for a really
small start module.  The TTxxxx routines are a simple direct
interface to the terminal via QIO's, with a large screen buffer
for efficient terminal output.  The keyboard input routines allow
full control of incoming characters.

In any case, I'm submitting this library because I have found
it very useful as a runtime library for "system" applications.
Maybe you will fins a use for it too.
