Each reference (256 words) is constituted by authors' names and christian names, the paper title, the journal, the pages, the volume, the year, an indication concerning the availability in the lab, and one to ten keywords. They can be accessed through random access by their number, by one of the authors, or by a logical combination of keywords. REFER edits in either RUNOFF format or directly as a listing a list of bibliographic references to add at the end of papers. References can be sorted either in alphabetic or chronological order, or non-sorted, in arbitrary order using a flexible format to fit any of the publisher requirements.
