  BASIC FOUR INSTALLATION

   The Qume doublewide printer can only be attached to an MDT, and not as an SPE
  device off the 8-way controller port. The Qume printer is a parallel device
  while the MDT printer port is serial, so a serial to parallel Interface Box
  (Model 3911) must be used.
