                         *** POWER SUPPLY FAILURES ***

SYMPTOM:  System shuts down for unknown reasons.

PROBLEM DETERMINATION:   Check all voltages coming from the supply. If the
supply appears good then check the seating of all PCBs and cables, including
the AC power cord.

FIX:   PCB's and all cables including the power cord should be fully inserted
into their connectors correctly to insure proper loading of the switching
power supply. Poor connections can cause shutdown and possible shorting out
of power supply components.
