SYMPTOM: When new terminals are added to a string containing either IBM or AST
emulator cards, the last terminal drops off line as soon as the emulator is
activated.

PROBLEM DETERMINATION: If the PC with the emulator board worked ok before
the new terminal was added the fix applies. If the new terminal is a PC with
other 5251s attached to the port, the same problem could occur on other
terminals. Check the address assigned to the terminals on the failing port.

FIX:  The emulator board occupies two consecutive address, one for the terminal
and one for the printer or second session. The first address should be an even
number. The second address should not be used by another terminal even if the
PC does not have a printer attached or use the optional second session.
