       *** Problem logging in: Login Initializing at another Terminal ***

Problem: When logging on the system and entering Thoroughbred Basic, the
         following message may appear:

         "Login Initializing at another Terminal, Please wait"
         If this message continues to loop, you won't be able to log on.
         You can enter CTL+C, the delete key, or escape key to exit this
         routine back to the # sign.

Cause: When accessing Thorobred Basic, 2 users cannot simultaneously log on. 
       To avoid this TB creates a file in the /basic directory called startup.
       When another user logs on and sees this file they will not be able to log
       on until the other user completes entering TB. File should be deleted
       then the other user should be able to log on.

Solution: If looping occurs, delete the /basic/startup file.
